Whoah that made me think, im currently 177Ibs.
First goal is to get to 154 Ibs
Second goal: 132 Ibs, and keep that weight.
I think i look okay the way im now, just want to be more healthy. Use more time to stay fit and eat things that are good for my body <3
Ive used to many years braking me down, now im building myself up.
